Module 1: Mastering Foot Foundations and Mechanics in Ballet

This module consists of 3 lessons and focuses on educating ballet dancers about the critical role of proper foot foundations and mechanics. By understanding and applying correct foot techniques, dancers can prevent injuries and significantly improve their performance.
